Choose a clear, well-lit photo. For Subject outline, make sure everyone is fully visible with some space around the edges. For Circle or Square, check the background and crop in your preview.
Will you remove the background?
Only for Subject outline. Circle and Square keep the photo background shown in your preview.
How big is the ornament?
The ornament is approximately 3 inches by 3 inches. Subject outline follows the edges of the people or pets in your photo; Circle and Square keep their chosen shape.
How long does production take?
Each ornament is made to order. We’ll share the delivery estimate at checkout.
Can I include more than one person or pet?
Yes. Circle and Square work well for group photos and keep the background. For Subject outline, make sure everyone is clearly visible with some space around the edges. We’ll contact you if your photo needs adjustments.
Can personalized ornaments be returned?
Personalized products are made to order. If your ornament arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, contact us and we’ll make it right.
